“I had a great year of slalom racing this year. After a slow start in Asia, where the events were not really windy, we finished the year perfectly with a lot of wind in Denmark and New Caledonia. Both spots offered us amazing conditions of sailing. I had a great battle with Sarah-Quita Offringa for the World Title until the end. Really happy about my performance in those two last events. I can’t wait for more great action again next year with the girls!

I’m now in St Barth, starting my winter training with my new gear from Starboard and S2 Maui. My training here is focused on physical preparation and to get a lot of time on the water with my new gear. I have also planned to go to Lanzarote for one month after St Barth for some more slalom training.»
