Ultralight Weight Combined With New Materials

Ultralightweight at a reasonable price. The bottom is built in full T700 uni-directional flat-woven carbon for maximum stiffness while the deck is 60% UD carbon arranged in three-axis for optimized flex. The composite sandwich layers include the use of ultra-high-density PET for enhanced durability.

Optimized Flex

The bottom is built in full T700 uni-directional flat-woven carbon for maximum stiffness while the deck is 60% carbon, alternating between uni-directional and bi-axial carbon layers for optimized flex.

Sandwich Core

The composite sandwich layers include the use of ultra-high density PET and Armacell foam for precise flex and control.

Sicomin Bio Resin – Greenpoxy 33

We use GP33 plant-based bio resin from Sicomin which has half the carbon footprint of conventional, petroleum-based epoxy resin while maintaining a clear, high performance laminate with excellent U.V. resistance.

Fused EPS Core – 15.5 kg/m³ Density

Shear resistant, fused and moulded individually to fit each and every Starboard mould to minimize waste.
